In the describe image questions in speaking, you will see an image on your screen and your task is to describe it by speaking into the microphone.
You will have 5~6 questions of this type in the exam. For each question you will first get 30~40 seconds to understand the image and then 30~40 seconds to record your response.
Your score depends upon – how many key points from the image have you been able to include in your response, and your pronunciation and fluency.
Don’t panic if you see a difficult image. Do not overcomplicate your responses. Try to give a structured response with 2~3 key points and focus on your pronunciation and fluency.
